This is a detox tea, and there is an herbal undertone to the tea. With the fruit added, you can enjoy chilled leaving it to taste like juice or enjoying it hot giving you the extra benefit to kill mucus. Both ways are quite tasty.

Gallons are approximately four detoxes and should last 1 to 1.5 weeks if you drink 8-16oz a day. The tea is good for 60 days (Same for 16oz), but to ensure you get the benefits from the herbs cells and fruits nutrients, intake the gallon tea as soon as possible for best results. Please keep refrigerated.

You can detox anytime you feel bloated, lack energy, have bad intakes, feel constipated, or simply when you feel your body needs to be cleansed. You will know from what you put into your body and how your body reacts to those intakes. I eat really clean, so I detox my body every 2-3 months. 8-16oz a day is recommended but you may drink as much as you like at your own risk. *Remember detoxing is a cleanse where it's removing toxins and bacteria allowing you to have frequent bowel movements* Drink responsibly.

Over detoxing without drinking water daily can lead to dehydration and cramping. The tea is all natural and has unknown side effects. *If you don't have a normal bowel movement daily, we recommend Extra Strength tea*

If you do not drink enough water, you are subject to experience some discomfort. Please consume recommended water intake daily.

Everyone has different body types, so we are unable to answer how much you will lose. But on average, most people see 3-5 lbs of weight loss within the first week. Keep in mind that this is not a weight loss drink, you are flushing toxins out of your body which is a natural effect of why our drinks promote weight loss. Drinking the tea continuously will give results for weight loss. The energy boost is very effective after your first couple of intakes, if you pay attention to your body, you will began to notice major changes, and this also applies to the cold press juices.

Cold press juices last up to 6 days in the refrigerator, after the 6 days you can place in the freezer for up to 12 months, thaw and enjoy.
